Do you offer free shipping?
Only on orders of 75 Euro or more. We hope in the future to reduce this minimum order rule down to 50 Euro.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Regardless, of where you live, your should receive your order within 3-7 business days.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is produced and ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can follow your package's journey right to your door.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International customers may be responsible for customs duties and taxes depending on their country's regulations. These fees aren't included in your order total and are handled by your local customs office. Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday-Friday) are processed the same day. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. Delivery times may be extended during peak seasons or holidays.
What if I order multiple items?
Perfect! Multiple items ship together whenever possible, which is more efficient and eco-friendly. If items are produced at different facilities, they might ship separately - but you'll only pay one shipping fee.
What happens if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?
We've got you covered. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or gets lost in transit, we'll send you a replacement at no cost. Just contact us with photos of any damage within 30 days of delivery.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day return period from the date you receive your order (extended to 30 days during holiday periods). Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. We provide free returns for defective items or our errors. For other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Exchanges are processed as returns with new orders. How do I find my correct size?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart specific to that item. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to our size guide rather than assuming your usual size, as sizing can vary between brands and styles. For the best fit, measure your bust, waist, and hips, then reference our size conversion chart. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 1 hour of placement by contacting our customer service immediately. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. How should I care for my clothing items?
Each product page includes specific care instructions, and care labels are attached to all garments. Generally, we recommend washing in cold water but max. temp is 30/40 degrees Celcius, turning items inside out, and air drying to maintain color and fit. Avoid bleach and high heat. For delicate items like silk or wool, dry cleaning is recommended. Following proper care instructions helps maintain your clothing's quality and extends its lifespan.
What if I receive a defective or wrong item?
Answer: We sincerely apologize if you receive a defective or incorrect item. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We'll immediately send a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs. For defective items, we also offer the option to repair if appropriate. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll resolve any quality issues promptly.
